After 16 months in East Nashville’s Highland Yards improvement, Otaku Ramen East is closing its doorways.
Proprietor Sarah Gavigan confirms that whereas the East Facet outpost is shuttering, Otaku’s three different areas — in West Nashville’s Sylvan Provide, within the Gulch and within the Manufacturing facility at Franklin — are nonetheless in enterprise.
“We made the troublesome choice to shut and focus our vitality on our different three items which might be thriving,” Gavigan tells the Scene.
Plus, Arnold Myint has large plans on the West Facet
Otaku Ramen East opened in August 2023. The placement featured a devoted walk-up window for to-go pickup and supply.
The burgeoning Highland Yards improvement on Douglas Avenue can also be house to Kisser, Flora & Fauna Café, Storage Sale Classic and Vacation Salon + Bathhouse, amongst different companies. Future plans for the Otaku Ramen East area haven’t but been introduced.
