Ramen at Two Ten Jack
The Nashville-based firm that operates Two Ten Jack in East Nashville is eyeing town’s West Aspect for its Japanese-inspired izakaya restaurant.
Based on a Metro allow utility doc, Two Ten Jack will function on the mixed-use Sylvan Provide Co. The tackle is 4109 Charlotte Ave. — Two Ten Jack seemingly will take the house beforehand accommodating Otaku Ramen.
The allow notes GTZ Building LLC will deal with the build-out of the house.
Patrick Burke and Seed Hospitality function Two Ten Jack at 1900 Eastland Ave. in East Nashville, having opened the enterprise in 2014. The Asian delicacies restaurant can be discovered at 1110 Market St. in Chattanooga.
“We’re excited to announce our growth to the West Aspect and might’t wait to convey our ramen and the izakaya expertise to Sylvan Park and The Nations,” Two Ten Jack chef and companion Jessica Benefield tells the Scene. “We’ll be celebrating our twelfth birthday in East Nashville this January and are trying ahead to persevering with the celebrations with an early spring opening of West.”
Benefield says her crew will quickly launch a marketing campaign through crowdfunding web site WeFunder “the place different locals will be capable to be part of us as buyers in our progress.”
