The East Nashville business constructing that accommodated the lately closed Portland Brew has been listed on the market for $1.7 million.
Portland Brew Constructing LLC owns the property, having acquired it in 2005 for $275,000, in keeping with Metro information. It’s unclear if the LLC was affiliated with the cafe possession, and Scene sister publication the Nashville Put up was unable to establish the property proprietor.
The handle of the two-story constructing, which sits on a 0.03-acre web site and affords about 1,890 sq. ft, is 1921 Eastland Ave.
Portland Brew opened in 2005 — on the time of the disclosing of the East Nashville constructing — and closed in early March after a 20-year run. Beforehand, the 12South Portland Brew location closed in August 2024 after working on the spot for greater than 20 years.
